Mango Lassi
On a hot summer day lassi is the best thing to drink.
You need one mango - not too big- or frozen mango pulp, or even a tinned mango- half a tin.
One small pack or 1 cup of natural yogurt. Approximately 10 ice cubes.
Cut the mango, scoop out the pulp, put it into the blender , add yogurt and blend. Add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
Serve in a tall glass with a straw.
