Omelette

Breakfast in 20 secs, as I call it.
2 eggs, a pinch of salt, grounded black pepper. A good scoop of butter.
A bunch of parsley or any other herb you like- if you wish, it will work perfectly without.
Non-stick frying pan.
First, chop the herbs. Set aside. Turn on the stove- medium heat.
Put a frying pan onto the stove.
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Beat the eggs slightly with a fork.
Put a scoop of butter into the frying pan. Wait till it stops bubbling but don't let it start to change a color. Put the eggs in. Grab the handle and move a frying pan in constant round motion – make the eggs rotate till it’s almost set. Then put the hand under the handle- palm up, take the handle , put the plate under the edge of a frying pan and turn the pan over.
And that’s it- just sprinkle some herbs all over and serve.
